While Souji left to find the step-stool, Toshi ran a hand through his hair
and confirmed it was, in fact, gross. Now he was completely certain he
needed to shower. Though that brought with it other concerns - namely, how
much he'd healed up. He carefully pulled the hem of his shirt up - which
hurt a little, but not nearly as much as trying to sit up had - and peeled
back on of the strips of adhesive on the gauze. It was... well, not pretty,
but it didn't look like ground meat either, so that was something. Just
puckered and red - but mostly closed, at least. He'd probably have to still
be careful to not open it up again, but it should be okay to be cleaned.
For the moment, though, he pressed the dressing back down and relaxed back
against the pillows.
