He's almost too nice for Ivona's military, but we'll say he's working on reforms from the inside.

One of the few perks of working as a lifeguard was watching the competitive swimmers practice. It was beautiful. And it seemed fitting for someone who is a swordsman and who's magical energy is attuned to the sea and storms.

Unfortunately that was like...5% of the time, and the other 95% was either screaming children or one solitary old man swimming laps soo....slooowly....

Not gonna lie, reading Bleach has rekindled my desire to take up a martial art. I used to fence, but that was about six years ago and I was always a bit crap at it.

Were you allowed to listen to audiobooks or something?

I used to do karate for a long time, but now it's hard to fit into my random work schedule and I'm too lazy. Will have to pick it back up eventually though. And I did bit of swordfighting this summer, which was awesome but with a group that's faaar away and I haven't really been in contact with them much recently.
Rock-climbing isn't bad either, but it's a very different kind of grace.
Dammit I want a 20-hour workweek. D:

I wish I didn't feel compelled to sleep twelve hours a night. My energy levels are really fucked up, so while I enjoy doing physical things its hard to work up the motivation when I know I'll get tired really fast. J and I talked about signing up for a class at the local community center as motivation, so we'll see.
